Do you feel angry reading a post? Ask yourself: who benefits from that anger?
Some people and organizations know exactly how to trigger your emotions to influence your judgment. And anger is one of their favorite tools.
⚠️ The pattern is often the same:
1️⃣ A shocking or unjust situation
2️⃣ A clearly designated “villain”
3️⃣ A call to react or share quickly
Result? You go into reactive mode. And stop asking questions.
🧠 Watch out for these red flags:
— The message pushes you to judge before you understand
— The urge to react outweighs the invitation to reflect
— Context is missing or manipulated
Anger can be valid. But if it’s triggered too fast, too strongly, too often… something else might be going on.
💡 A truthful message brings clarity. A manipulative one brings outrage.
