My approach
I favour an approach that is at once human, strategic, and structured, grounded in the realities of individuals, teams, and organizations.
My work does not consist of imposing solutions or addressing only what is visible. It begins with accurately assessing the situation, identifying what is truly holding things back, pinpointing the underlying issues, and distinguishing between human tensions, organizational weaknesses, governance challenges, strategic direction, and implementation conditions.
I pay particular attention to what is often overlooked in hasty assessments: relational dynamics, ambiguous roles, loss of direction, resistance to change, gaps between intentions and actual operations, as well as the mechanisms that undermine coherence and the capacity for action.
