Courage is contagious. So is leadership.

In a climate of tension or uncertainty, fear can spread like wildfire. But there's good news: courage is also contagious. And Leaders play a decisive role in this spread.

No need for big speeches. Sometimes all it takes is:

– say out loud what everyone is thinking quietly,

– ask an uncomfortable but necessary question,

– protect someone who is exposing themselves, – or simply remain upright and calm when everything around them is shaking.

These simple gestures can have a disproportionate effect. They give permission. They set a precedent. They show that it is possible to act with clarity and courage, even without controlling everything.

Being a leader is daring to take the first step – not to shine, but to pave the way and inspire other acts of bravery.

Let's not wait until we're "ready." Courage doesn't always precede action. It's often action that reveals courage.

What if you were the one who triggered the wave?
